FM Search & Select is a specialist recruitment agency focused exclusively on the Facilities Management sector. Based in Glasgow, we support businesses across Scotland and the wider UK in securing high quality talent across both hard and soft services, engineering and FM leadership roles.
Founded by Maxine McGrath and Rebecca Logan, FM Search & Select brings together over 20 years of combined Facilities Management recruitment experience. Having worked with some of the UK’s largest recruitment businesses, we built our agency on a simple belief. Recruitment should be relationship driven, consultative and built on genuine industry knowledge.
We partner with FM providers, contractors and in house estates teams, helping them attract the skilled professionals they need to maintain, operate and grow their services. From engineers and technical specialists through to senior leadership appointments, we focus on delivering the right people for the right roles.

Rebecca Logan is Co Founder and Director of FM Search & Select Ltd, bringing over a decade of experience specialising in recruitment for the Facilities Management sector. She has built a strong reputation for developing trusted partnerships with both clients and candidates across the UK FM market.
Before co founding FM Search & Select in 2025 alongside Maxine McGrath, Rebecca spent more than ten years with Randstad UK, progressing through a range of senior roles within the Facilities Management division. During this time she specialised in senior FM appointments and leadership hires across Scotland and the North of England.

With over a decade of recruitment experience, Maxine has built an extensive network across the UK FM industry and is known for her ability to connect high quality technical professionals with leading businesses.
Before launching FM Search & Select with Rebecca Logan in 2025, Maxine held senior leadership roles with some of the UK’s most established recruitment firms including CBW Staffing Solutions, Randstad UK and Resourcing Group. Rebecca Logan

Rebecca is particularly experienced in Senior Appointments, successfully placing professionals across roles ranging from Senior Technical Managers through to Managing Director level positions within the Facilities Management sector. Her expertise within the hard services FM market allows her to support organisations in securing the strategic talent needed to lead and grow their operations.

Maxine McGrath

Maxine has a particularly strong focus within the hard services FM market. She works closely with clients to understand their operational needs and delivers skilled engineers, managers and technical specialists who make a real impact on their teams.
She also has a strong background in business development, building long term partnerships with FM providers and contractors across Scotland.
Maxine has developed niche recruitment expertise supporting clients with hires across hard services, soft services and FM project roles. She is known for her consultative approach and deep understanding of the regional market.
